The Sollo Restaurant Crockery

Created in 2015

When I met Diego Gallegos, the chef of the Sollo restaurant, he told me that he had seen my work and was quite impressed. As the conversation progressed, we realized how similar our points of views were about nature, sustainability, creativity, cooking…..so much so that in the same conversation he asked me if I would like to do the new crockery for his restaurant.
In a short while I found myself submerged in what was to a very interesting job: creating a set of plates made only from fine, natural elements. It was something I had never done before: the pieces had to be functional for cooks, diners and apt for eating. The result was more then seventy pieces which surprise those worldwide diners who visit his restaurant to enjoy his exquisite cuisine. So you will taste some dishes that have a perfect intimate connection to the Sollo conception of presentation of sustainability and creativity so that you can enjoy the sensations.
