Good enough to lick your fingers! During the opening of the exhibition on 10th September there will be a tasting of the delectacies of Chef Diego Gallegos, the caviar chef, prepared in his restaurant SOLO. From our first conversation we realized that our ideas are totally the same about our vision of art together with our ideas about sustainability and upcycling.
